An exquisite evening of seafood and fine wines by Thomas Frake, MasterChef Champion. The evening kicks off in style with a glass of All Angel Sparkling Rose 2018 upon arrival. Once seated for dinner, enjoy a delicious three course menu.
Citrus Cured British Trout, Pickled Fennel, Horseradish Buttermilk Dressing

Half Native Lobster, Seaweed & Garlic Butter, Green Salad, Beef Dripping Fries
Served with half a bottle of our special guest Rose.
Lemon Custard Tart, Verbena Jelly, Cream Cheese Ice Cream
